Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the hiring of all vacant positions at our Boucherville site. He will elaborate the best recruitment strategy in order to rapidly attract candidates. He will participate in projects/initiatives within the HR Group.


  • Complete the full recruitment cycle, including writing of job descriptions and posting, pre-selection of candidates, telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, head hunting, for all positions (unionized, professionals and management);
  • Liaise with Managers to agree on ideal candidate profile and for the selected candidates as well as completing all steps surrounding search and hiring of candidates;
  • Prepare job offers and extend to candidates with all company documents that will assist candidate integration after offer acceptance;
  • Establish and design company marketing/recruitment strategy to support present and future site hiring needs.  Build contacts with partners and learning institutions (colleges, universities and others).  Work closely with existing partners and external fims when required (hiring agencies).  Utilize social medias to call out to candidates and network;
  • Responsible for maintaining company’s Career Web site and improve its content on a regular basis to stay up to date with Company’s evolving hiring marketing strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources combined with at least 5 to 8 years’ experience in a recruitment. Attraction strategy and Employer of Choice in a manufacturing environment;
  • Must be familiar with Best Recruitment Practices, have experience in Sourcing and in Corporate Marketing and you closely monitor the evolution of the web recruiting;
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to develop relationships;
  • Must have a proven record for Customer satisfaction in a recruitment position, be an active listener and must be bilingual French and English, spoken and written.
  • Good time management, rigorous with a proven ability for team work, and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment while staying focused on priorities.
